The management of the red eye is common in everyday clinical practice.  This 2 part lecture serires addresses the more common causes for red eye and the practical management.  Topics include conjunctivitis - bacterial and viral, Herpes simplex keratitis, foreign body removal, penetrating eye injury, orbital cellulitis, chalazia and a discussion of eye conditions requiring urgent referral.
